Well, I decided to include a picture of me when i first started smoking for posterity. Wish me luck - using the Nicoderm CQ patches.

Good luck.
The nicoderm will itch like a sonofabitch at first, but you'll get used to it.
And remember: Don't put cigarettes in your mouth.

Good luck, man.
(nice pic!)
No experience w/ smoking or quitting, so my only advice is obvious...
...don't smoke.

I have not smoked for 9 months and 22 days. As cliched as it sounds, you really need to just take one day at a time. And if I can quit anybody can quit. I have a very obssesive/compulsive personality.

Good luck on the quest. As an employee and shareholder of GlaxoSmithKline (makers of CQ, Nicorette, etc.), I appreciate the business /images/graemlins/smile.gif
In all seriousness, if the patch doesn't work, give committ a try. The form can be a challenge, but the success rates are through the roof.

I'd recommend he take it off. I thought I was [censored] dying the one night I kept it on.

I know sublime. I had it on last night. It was [censored] crazy. I could write a novel with the dreams Ai had.
