TT on 33K flop headsup

Im playing 25nl on party and raise utg to 1 with TT. Cutoff calls and everyone else folds. I have no type of read. 33K flops and I lead for I believe 1.75 into 2.25, he then mini-raises me back.

What is the line here and why?

fold if it's rainbow. Also, is this 6max or 10 handed. Stack sizes? You are missing a lot of info man. Any reads at all on villain? What is your image at the table?

I'd fold. He could be screwing around, but probably not. You could min reraise him to see if he's fussing around or not, but I'd probably just let it go.

Its full-handed, I said I had no read. And its 25nl, these guys arent good enough for me to worry about table image. We both have adequate stacks.
