Should I always be folding on the river? I thought he could've been check raising the turn on a draw, and I was getting 10 to 1 on the river... How is my turn bet?

If you're going to call on the river, why not 3bet the turn? Even if he caps, you have outs that are very likely good, and you may push him off of a mid pocket pair.
