Do I give him pocket aces, or jacks? Or do I stay agressive?

You gave him wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much action here. I'd call down starting at the turn bet (I know you'd like to protect a 14BB pot, but I don't think that you're ahead often enough here). Capping the turn is pretty much senseless.

I wouldn't lay it down but I would not cap the turn and check call the river

You wouldn't raise the turn here? Could you elaborate why you've discarded QQ?

Because there's more AA, JJ, and TT than QQ.

Are there 2x as many QQ's as there are AA, JJ, TT, and KK?

I would 3 bet flop not cap then raise call turn. The 3-bet to me means he probably has (in my order of pref) JT JJ TT.
Is this read crazy?

I feel compelled to slow down after the 3-bet on the flop.
