For what I've seen people like 77 UTG, 55 MP, 44 CO, 22 button.
It this too agressive from MP on?

that's pretty much how i do it as well.

tstone your ATSB is frickin high! Mine has just got to 33 and I feel like i'm stealing a lot. aren't even the LAGS on here like a 40 ATSB?

Just curious.. what are your range of hands that you steal with? I mean.. are we talking Qxs on the CO? Jxs on the button? 45s on the button?

my range looks like this for the average player in the BB:

UTG: A6s, K9s, ATo, 55, JTs, KJo.
MP: K7s, Q9s, A5s, A9o, 44, 9Ts, T8s, KJo.
CO: K7s, Q8s, A2s, A7o, 33, 78s, T8s, K9o, Q9o, J8s.
BT: Kxs, Q6s, Axs, A5o, 22, 67s, 97s, K7o, Q8o, J7s, T7s.

yeah, you're much more aggressive in MP/UTG than me.

interestingly I raise any ace on the button and A5o+ on the CO.

on the CO/button it looks like you're just a little looser than me. I.e, I raise QTo+, J9s+, T9+ on the CO.

you raise T9o from the CO? or is that suited?

yeah i meant suited. basically, i don't raise suited connectors as low as you.

for me personally, when i start stealing a lot I get played back at a lot more and i don't feel comfortable postflop. so ATSB of 33 is about as high as I will get for the time being.

IMO, the tighter the game, the looser you should become openraising small pairs since they can get headsup more frequently. ATM I'm raising 55 UTG, and 22 in the CO, but I haven't made my mind up about the HJ.

For a default that's OK but you really need to adjust for your opponents and your current table image. With a tight table and/or good image I might raise 55 UTG. Against LAG blinds I fold 33/22 on the button.

Basically, when you raise a small pair, you want to have some steal equity and failing a steal you want to play headsup against a passive blind.
