How do you notify the moderator???

lol look below the thread. It says Moderator: Click his name.

where it says "Post Extras " and the 3 pictures after it on the bottom of every post, just click the one on far right with the circle and a line crossing it out. hover your mouse over it and it says Notify Moderator. click it

I only have a measly 2k posts, but I didn't know either, and I've often wondered how.
