star trek movie review

great movie if youre a trekkie.

the plot and action both detract from the main strength of star trek, shakespearean themes.

poll for trekkies - how long after (their shields at 70%, our phasers would have no effect) did you realize the proper command decision? (about 1 or 2 seconds for me, heh, so i guess im a trekkie)

i think like the immediate precedingl line was 'ships complement of photon torpedoes exhausted'

also blue skies was my favorite song of the moment a few years ago (sinatra version from radio days cd (double cd) that has a lot of recordings from 30's 40's)
