Canterbury Park last night: Buddy (2+2er) is in the BB. UTG is a drunk 30/60 player slumming it in a $100 limit tourney that is essentially a crapshoot. UTG has been raising everything, taking down lots of small pots, and the table is just now realizing this guy is full of crap. Here is the hand:

UTG raises and EVERYONE calls. 2+2er ponders for a moment exactly which hands one should fold to 19:1 odds. He looks down at Qh4h and calls.

Flop is KT2 with 2 hearts. 2+2er bets. UTG raises, LP re-raises, blah, blah, blah, it’s capped three ways for 5 bets, with 2+2er more or less hanging in for the ride. He knows he’s behind and drawing, but in this tourney you’ve got to get chips or get out fast.

Turn is the Ah. Stone cold nuts (for now). Bet, raise, re-raise, re-raise, cap.

River pairs the deuce. Check, check, check.

What other hands make sense?
