i'd have just checked behind on the river. i don't think UTG would be calling down with simply a pair of Ts, and any draw would fold to a bet i would imagine.

c/r...meh, i'd probably fold seeing as he/she c/r on a complete blank. i don't think 2nd pair is good here.
