High blinds, decent hand. Do you call this?
I thought it was a call...
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG (t1275)
Button (t2325)
SB (t1840)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif.

Yeah, I call this unless UTG has been freakishly tight before this...like had a stack of 3k and has just been letting himself blind down...and I know he wasn't disconnected.

You gotta put the pusher on a RANGE of hands, then it's a simple math problem. The average $22er, i'd call, the average $55er i'd be more inclined to call, the average step 5er call in a heartbeat (according to curtains/strasa2)

You are getting more than 2:1, you have A8, you will survive even if you lose....easy call.

Yeah, this is an easy call.

What is the best hand you would fold here? Villain is UTG so I would be hard pressed to put him "any two" but I believe with the 600 in blinds coming he is pushing anything resembling a hand.
