People don't bluff that often. He has called you all the way to the river, what makes you think he will fold now?

Depending on your read, why not bet something like t125? Maybe he will sense weakness, and come over the top. And if he just calls, fine. But checking just says: "I don't want any more of your chips."

gasgod nailed this one basically. checking here is anything but the standard move. you've got no ounce of aggression from your opponent at all in this hand, and you want him to come out of nowhere on a non scary board and bet? unless yo'ure in front of his mouse at his house, this isn't going to happen very often. valuebet. or underbet, depending on the opponent. checking to be reserved for a really special type of opponent.
