5-5 NL live a a nyc club

Hero is UTG+1 (~$2000) with akos raises to 30 (a smallish raise over the last 2 hours)

Solid UTG+3 (~$500) makes it 100 to go. He is a tight player who enters few pots but he has been doing badly this session and has started to loosen up (and tilt) over the last hour. It seems that he is trying get all his money in very quickly in order to double up or leave.

Button (~$6000) calls. This is a terrible player ... extremely loose passive (could be calling with a wide range of high cards/low-medium pairs). He is on an incredible run of cards as the max buy-in at the table is $600.

BB goes all in for $150. He is a regular who regularly looses and plays very wild. Went all in 30 minutes ago for 500 with AT.

At this club an all in raise of more then half the last raises opens the betting.

Back to the Hero ... 120 to call with AKos and two people to act behind: the tilting reraiser and loose passive luckbox.

Is this a good place to make a reraise? Maybe to $400 or all-in?
Or is this a call, or even a fold?
