my father in law keeps getting this message when playing in empire tourneys for a long time.

Your session has ended.

He has windows me. A dial up modem and net zero for an ISP.

I have not ever seen this error, I am giving him a digital camera to take a picture of this. For him to continue he must reboot and re log on to net zero to get back into the game.

To call net zero support, it is now $2 a minute, I assume hold times are included.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

to solve my own problem under the dial up connection is a box that was checked to disconnect without permisssion if the connection was not needed.

this is in ME but is not in XP
