I have someone who wants to invest in my play, what is a fair and equitable way to break up profits without hurting the original bankroll. When should profit be taken out, or how long should you continue to build the bankroll.

A little bit on this particular situation is that he is investing XXXX amount(enough for me to play the limits I play comfortably). We split all profits 50/50. He is the only investor so far, and only one I have spoke to about it. Any information on how this works usually would be appreciated.

IMO, this is a bad idea. Play what you can afford and keep everything you earn. This will turn ugly if you start winning and want to go out on your own. It will turn ugly if you lose his money. And you aren't earning all you can. If you can only afford to play, say, 10-20 play that and reap all the rewards rather than doing this to play higher. Just my humble opinion...but yes, standard split is 50-50 on profits.
