i don't know what you hope to get out of this post.

you provided us with absolutely no substance to go along with the trivial amount of what actually makes up a hand. not even what the buyin was.

Is this THE or A correct way to play QQ at this juncture in a tournament...given my position, stack size etc. etc.
Would you bet this amount? a different amount? no amount?
Is QQ so often dominated here that this is a -EV play or a reasonable play?

At the 11s, the only way I fold QQ preflop early in the tournament is if there are several pushes before me.

I would re-raise this preflop to ~200. You can take down a good amount of chips without a flop, and if you are actually called, you will like the flop a good amount of the time. By re-raising, you take away the play that BB made (unless he's willing to do it with his whole stack early in an $11 SNG). At the $11 SNG level, I'd also call BB's all-in.
