Noticed something very interesting today as i watched doyle brunson play in the WSOP. I noticed that he never raised pocket pairs pre-flop and made a lot of money off of it. Limp raising or slow playing on the flop and reraising! i think this a very smart strategy as most people always raise pre-flop and in my home games whenever someone raises pre-flop someone always assumes they have a pocket pair in there. So i tried just limp raising or slowplaying my pocket pairs for set value or over pairs and was much better off then raising. Anyone have any comments or similar experience with this strategy?

You should post this in the WPT forum. This is deepstack poker, it won't be profitable with the kind of stacks you have online.

Here (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=2016366&page=&view=&sb=5& o=&vc=1)'s a very good thread on this subject.
