Did I blow it? Was this correct? I'm on a downswing right now and I'm starting to doubt myself in a lot of situations. I think I muffed this one but I'm not sure where. Advice?

I raise pre-flop there.
I don't see much merit in raising the turn.

You want to isolate with this hand and use position + aggression to take the pot, starting pre-flop. If you feel like you really want to push you value here, raise a harmless river.
