Villain is a little loose and aggressive, but not out of line. Is this standard, or a loose call down? His flop minraise didn't convey much strength. What if he bets the pot on the turn - is that an easy fold? My plan was to call down reasonable bets on turn and river to keep the pot small and not go to war with top two on a coordinated board.

This doesn't seem fishy to me at all. He min-raises PF, on the flop, and then bets less than half pot on the turn. I call every time. Now if he had bet the river a significant amount, we could talk about a difficult call.
