A C Slater or anyone else playing paradise 2/4

This is my 3rd attempt at moving up to 2/4 on paradise. Each previous time I've blown off 75ish BB within a session or two and had to move back to 1/2 and rebuild. This most recent attempt looks to be going the same way. Anyone noticed anything vitally different about the play at 2/4? I'm trying to figure out where I'm going wrong here..I'm thinking it's just bad luck that I've hit downswings everytime I move up, but maybe something is significantly different about the play that I'm missing here?

Yes. I destroyed the .50/1 and I was 1.65 BB at 1/2 after 16000 hands. So far my first 7100 2/4 hands I am down 116 BB. I have never started off losing like this at a new level.

What is your name on there?


I started with 400 BB for the 2/4 so I wouldn't have to move down if I started off bad.

I didn't put in as many hands as you, but more or less was crushing the lower limits as well. 7358 hands at 4.15 BB/h for .50/1 and 11,468 at 4.26 bb/100 for 1/2. I've only put in 1.5k hands at 2/4 so I guess I can't really say much for myself yet, but it sure hasn't been good so far. down about 80ish BB. Name on Paradise is downrock, same as here.
