I was playing with pokertracker's filter and I found something very interesting. I am a (possibly) losing player at 2/4 with less people at the table. Here's what I found.

Over 20K hands:
BB/100 1.98

BB/hand 9-10 players per table: 0.03 (16K hands)

BB/hand 6-8 players per table: -0.02 (4K hands)

So do I sit out when the table begins to empty out? I don't know quite what to do, I guess my vpip doesn't increase enough when I decrease in players...but who knows.

Are there any things I should read about 6max to get better?

This is a hole in my game that I need to fill.

Thanks for lookin

or you ignore a rediculously small sample wait till min 50K

are you properly adjusting your play as players drop out?
I used to make the mistake of thinking "early position" when UTG with only 7 players - when I should have been thinking I was MP1 with UTG, UTG+1, UTG+2 folded.

Yeah, count from the button and not from the BB.
