How do I combine 2 databases in PokerTracker?

Can someone tell me how I can combine 2 databases in PokerTracker? They are on different computers if that makes any difference.

You have to export all the hands from one database and then import them all into the second database. It will take a long time. Remember to turn off auto-import every 5 minutes. Sorry, no PT here so I can't give you more specific instructions.
