The System from BB

Hello im interested in the play of the system. I'm right now reading the book "tournament poker for advanced players"
but in the part of "The System", there's no guideline of how to play from the BB. Do anyone have a answer on this ?.

The system sucks.
It is for people that don't know how to play.
You will never make the final table with the system because you will never build a large stack and then somebody with a large stack will call you with AA-QQ and you'll be gone.

Your time is better spent learning how to play NL tourneys.

There are archived posts on why the system is bad.
