I think you played all three hands fine. I might cap the flop in hand 1 since you also have a gutshot. I think the turn fold to the CR is fine.

I'd probably fold to a turn raise in hand 2, since the pot is small and you could be beat a number of ways. Checking the river seems fine after he calls the turn bet. Were you planning to call the river if he bet?
