BB is too loose and can be slightly tricky. Button is a passive post-flop and a little too lose pre-flop, but isn't a complete ATM. In retrospect this looks pretty standard, but do you think this is worth a call down if Button isn't in the hand?

I wouldn't give up so easily with a PP on a paired flop. I think I call BB's flop raise and raise him on the turn to shut out the button who is probably drawing to a straight. If you are 3-bet then fold as it's highly doubtful he will 3-bet you in this spot as a bluff or with a worse hand.
