What do you do when you flop 2 pair from BB?
I seem to always be afraid of sets. Since I often limp with any PP I figure many others do the same, and hence I don't like playing hands with no raise PF. But on the other hand it seems like a waste to muck 2pair on the flop, and who the xxxx plays a set like this? what do you think?

Anyway, this is a HH from such a situation I was in today.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG+2 (t988)
MP1 (t1150)
MP2 (t1570)
MP3 (t1035)
CO (t885)
Button (t1393)
SB (t394)
Hero (t980)
UTG (t810)
UTG+1 (t795)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG calls t30, 3 folds, MP2 calls t30, MP3 calls t30, CO calls t30, Button calls t30, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (t195) 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif (6 players)
Hero bets t90, UTG folds, MP2 calls t90, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button raises t1363 (all-in), Hero folds, MP2 folds.

All comments on play appreciated!

I think you have to call. Do you really think a set is going to play like this?

If this is an $11, I think I call.

I'd be curious to know how Villain got that many chips. Typically it's through reckless play if it's this early in the tourney. You're 10 handed still, which means the fish quotient is high.

I dunno, I just don't see a set playing it this hard given it's a completely uncoordinated flop. Maybe they're being tricky, but more often than not, idiocy is idiocy. You may be playing against an overpair that doesn't like all this action, but a lot of the times you will be up against something like A4o.

Call.

this is a weak fold. I don't know what to say other than that you almost always have the best hand here.

I call expecting to double through in this spot. If folding really is the right play here, I'm not good enough to make them but I really doubt that folding is the best move here.\

PS. This is horribly weak. NEVER fold here. NEVER.
