MP is really loose really suspect in his or her play. Often playing a bit more aggressive versus me than other players. This was likely because I raised pretty much every time I came into the pot.

I don't understand the river raise. Either you think he was bluff raising the straight on the turn or you don't and you cap the turn? The river play is easy, but I just simply don't get it because of your turn play.

If you have a really loose aggressive here, he could likely be raising the turn with anything from 78 to J10 and you are just about guaranteed he is not folding to a cap on the turn.
