Today is the college poker champs that im playing in on royal vegas im trying to get some quick tips on playing MTT, but i feel like reading that forum the post arent as in depth as they are here. Anyone agree? Anyone have any suggestions for me as well.

play tight passive until half the field is gone

play super aggressive when the blinds go up

run hot

suckout

do all of the above and you should win

omg.. BULLSHIT.. they want me to donate 1000 dollars out of my winnings... I AM A FREAKIN COLLEGE STUDENT... I CANT AFFORD THAT! sigh. this sucks.is there anyway out of this?

How much did it cost you to enter?

By the way, I already know the answer.

How can you not afford to give away money that wasn't yours in the first place? Just consider your prize $2500 + $1k for the charity of your choice.
