Status on Lance Berkman? (fantasy baseball)

How much do you guys think his knee injury's gonna hinder his stats this year?

My friend just offered me Lance Berkman + Brad Lidge. I'd have to give away Johnny Damon + Trevor Hoffman but I think it's a trade to consider. What do you guys think...

I think he'll be fine...he's just off to a slow start. A couple weeks ago I actually traded Berkman and Beltre for Schmidt and Drew. After a few games, my friend ended up releasing Berkman so I picked him back up.

I think I'd go ahead and do the trade. Damon was riding a great streak, but he's not gonna put up those kind of numbers all year. He's a good fantasy player, but then again...good outfielders are a dime a dozen.
Lidge is clearly the better of the two closers. As long as Berkman comes around, and I think he will, you'll make out pretty well on this trade.
