Was in a Pokerstars 10 dollar freezeout. Was doing reasonably well, and was confident of making the money. I had just been moved from my previous table and as such had no reads on any of the players here.

Results: UTG+1 has K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif 4/images/graemlins/club.gif and out kicks hero.

Given that we were both equal stacks, I actually did think that it was likely that utg+1 had a four, thinking that he probably wouldn't risk an all in bluff or semi-bluff with a pair of queens or a flush draw, given that guess, was my call of his all in correct with only jack kicker, or should I have given him credit for better kicker or a boat and laid it down, knowing that I still have a strong stack regardless?

him getting in the hand utg+1 tells me that he has a strong hand. I might put 88 or AQ or KQ. But it is a loose $10 tourney, so he has K4. I would probably make this call thinking that he might have top pair or be on a semibluff, if he were to have a big hand, i would think he'd like to extract more chips, not thinking an all-in would be called, but some $10 mtt players are not always rational, so in retrospect i make this call almost everytime in small tournies, and consider folding sometimes in big tournies, considering if i have any reads on the players

Hope this helps,
Tom
