Villain is a TAG, VPIP 14.5, preflop raise 6.9, 200 hands => capable of folding. Is a turn semibluff checkraise ok? I don't think he will call down with AK, 99 or maybe not even JJ. Is this too fancy at 1/2?

i dont care for it- id rather c/r the flop to get the free turn card. you get a free river card anyway since u dont have to call his river bet if you dont hit something. If he's pretty tight like you say then his pf 3bet usually means KK or AA i think and i wouldnt expect him to fold those.

I didn't think he would fold KK or AA, but probably AK.

I think that having seen villain fold to a checkraise before would serve much better than numbers, but I don't think it hurts to semibluff here. But I have to restrain myself from a carryover bet on the river.
