For the sake of argument, couldn't you have put out a t475 bet on the turn so you could fold to a reraise all-in? I mean if I was drawing and hit the turn, I'd check and pray for an an over-agressive opponent.

Or are you deathly afraid of a 4th diamond or 3 if he just flat calls a bet? Because even then there's a chance that he checks to you in which case you check behind him and curse that he incorrectly called your bet on the turn.

Then you double your 700 in chips through Villain later and put him on your fish list.
