BB is 67/47 over about 30 hands.

How much do you adjust your game when you're against these two types of players?

I think relying solely on PT stats and a 30 hand sample size isn't enough to make a raise like that.

30 hands isn't much but a LAG in BB shouldn't make you more inclined to raise this prelop. Even if the limper seems loose I'm folding preflop.
