No reads on villain. With the action that exploded right infront of me preflop was it realistic to fold the kings? After the flop I felt committed to try for the spade making me the nuts but missed. On the river I felt like there was too great a chance he had raised with Jacks or Queens to fold based on the pot size. (even though I realize that that chance was small)
Will post results if needed. Whether or not folding the kings preflop or not is feasible is my main question.

use this (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

no offence met, its just that my head hurts after reading something like that... and the converter protects the innocent (posting usernames of random people is, in general, a big no-no)

srry. I knew there was a converter I just didn't know how to use it. Hope no one takes offense. I'll try to figure it out next time.

Ugh. Here:

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG raises, UTG+1 3-bets, Hero caps, MP1 calls, 6 folds, UTG calls $1.50 (All-In), UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (17 SB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif (4 players, 1 all-in)
UTG+1 bets, Hero calls, MP1 folds.

Turn: (9.50 BB) 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players, 1 all-in)
UTG+1 bets, Hero calls.

River: (11.50 BB) 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: 11.50 BB

You've got an all-in, so you can pretty well disregard him. I think MP1 probably hit "Call" accidentally. Absent any read on UTG+1, this is exactly the way I play it.

Oh, and "trying for the flush?" Your final hand beats your flush, and do you really think a rational player is raising PF with ace-rag? I'd say AQs is the only hand you're worried about, here.

I was trying for the flush because at the time it would've been the nuts. The fact that my final hand can beat a flush is unimportant because the ace that I was fearing still beats me.

RAISE FLOP!

Holy crap.

If I put him on a likely ace, why would i want to raise the flop?

Raise the flop, otherwise I'd play it the same way.

Putting him on an ace is two narrow. I'm not saying he doesn't...but lets not give him credit right away. Plus you have the nut flush draw, so your equity is pretty decent.
