On this 2nd hand the raiser just tilt raised all in with A/rag when his pocket A's were cracked, and then he raised all in again the very next hand. My read was it was a move with A/Rag again or lower pocket pair. My question is this. Do you call the all in here or do you fold and wait to make a move to steal blinds?

hand 1: well played
hand 2 I will call as well if I have a good read that the villain is on tilt

Thanks for the response. I did bust out on both hands...just wondering if hand 2 might be a leak, and if I should fold here and just wait until I find a better stealing spot. I did have $800 and the blinds were $50/$100, not exactly desperate at that point but do need to make some moves of my own.

Not based on your read on #2. Good play.

hand 1) you could fold pre flop but you played it well
hand 2) i play at these levels too and when people go on tilt it doesnt mean that they have bad hands. my guess is that no matter what hand he had most likely the results would be a coin flip. negate the few times he woould dominate you cuz sometimes you would dominate him

on both hands you lost 1$ more than me.. WHY? because your playing at party poker.. set up a pokerstars account quick

my impression has been that weak players really overrate weak aces (A2o). you post implies that the villains pushing range is something like A9+, 77+ where he is either a coinflip or dominated as often as dominating. I doubt that this is the case with a $5 player on tilt.

oh yeah, and definitly don't play the party $5s, play on PS or wherever else. Trust us, it doesn't seem like much but a 20% rake eats up any profits you can have in the long run.
