Hand 1: I think I 3-bet the turn. He's probably too passive to cap you without 2-pair or better and just aggressive enough to check-raise you on the turn with TP.

Hand 2: I'm not sure someone who raises &lt;10% of the time would be capping the turn with a hand that you aren't beating, even after his turn cap. But, since you have no position I probably check-call this river, also.

Yeah..I agree. I just don't have the balls to pay 3-bets on the river. Maybe lead the river and call a raise????
