Did I play this hand aggressive enough?

If you called the flop with the intention of raising a non 7 turn I could see some merits in your play. But I just cap the flop and slow down if he bets the turn.

What's Villan like? Does he generally limp with any two cards? If he misses the flop does he go nuts, anyway? Sure looks like he caught something he likes on the flop, but didn't PFR so I'm ruling out a big PP.

On that coordinated flop, cap to try and get CO to bail out. He's already cold-called two once, so he may stay in, anyway, but I'd want to try.

That'll change the turn, possibly. Against an unknown, I'd say calling down is fine on the turn and river.
