Let's assume you're traveling abroad in a country with a very different culture. You stumble upon a very fancy restaurant that is highly acclaimed. On the menu, one of the chefs specialtes is human flesh. Would you try it?

Honestly, I think I would be much more inclined if it was very old spiritual tribe and it being done for spiritual reasons.

I doubt I would, but would find it much more "appealing" than in a restaurant.

I would not, because I think the thought of eating it at a restaurant would kill my appetite. However, if I were starving, and it was the only way to survive, I would do it. Also, I could see myself eating human flesh in the fashion Michael Valentine Smith describes in Robert Heinlein's book Stranger in a Strange Land.

No. Eating it would be supporting murder. I know this is a reason that vegetarians often give for not eating meat...but killing humans is in an entirely different ballpark than killing animals.

There are some out there who fantasize about being eaten, that German guy advertised on the internet and got someone who wanted to be butchured, I think before he killed him they sat down together and ate his penis. Okok. My late grandfather's sister is a French Catholic Nun, and has travelled around the world doing charity work. In the 1950s, her travels brought her to Papua New Guinea, where she stayed for over twenty years. When she first got there, she would eat whatever the locals ate. I should mention that these "locals" were indigenous tribe people. After a few weeks, she learned from someone that these people were cannibals, and she had been eating human meat.
