Uh...Using an enema is silly, don't bother. Just do it like 1-4 hours after she's taken a crap and you can throw in a shower to make sure the area is clean too.

If she is an anal virgin, work up to over a number of sessions--in the shower, in bed, wherever...with a finger and lube.
