villain here is pretty lp, I've seen him show down top pair with A2 on a scary board to win the pot, so he seems pretty fishy. Would you play this any differently?

the turn bet seems okay if hes planning for a free showdown. since he didnt get it and did improve his hand somewhat it didnt improve enough to really beat a lot of the hands that hero was behind on the flop too. sets, straights, flushes we all lose. hero just fell for the donk lead trap.

LOL. Yeah I'm not really too crazy about the river raise either. If he is bluffing he will just throw his hand away and if he was lurking with a good hand (yet feared the flush or straight or whatever) then we are sunk. I would probably just call the river in game time speed.

The board is way too scary to raise the river imo.
