I think this question is interesting because, I actually
ran across this statement, supposedly made by her on
the PokerStat testimonial pages:

"If you see a player releasing more than 55% of his big blinds to a steal raise, you can (but probably shouldn't as you don't want him to get sick of it and tighten up) attack him from cutoff and button with ANY hand."

My question is,
do you think it would be correct to raise ANY hand
from the Cutoff? Button?

Remember the bb releases 55%. I also made some other
assumptions: All players behind play somewhat typical of a
$10/$20 player. SB reraises 90-100%, calls 70-89%
Button reraises 75-100, folds all else (They play less
than optimally, but this just helps Angelina). And
finally the BB will reraise 90-100, and never adjust.

While I don't have an exact answer, I'll give my ballpark
answer based on an implications program I wrote.
I'm also open for changing the SB or Button strategy
if anyone has a problem with them.
