What's my Play at Final Table?

MTT from 200 down to 4 players left. Top two get three $500
WSOP chips and $500 cash. Third and fourth get lunch money.

Small blind has 45000
Big blind has 120000
UTG (me) with 65000
Button with 52000

Big blind doubled up a few hands ago. Previously I was chip leader with around 75000. Two short stacks either play back at my raises or are relentlessy attacking my blinds. I have been card poor for last six or seven hands. I believe
I will have to play a hand to get one of top two spots.
I have previously for last half dozen hands folded in the blind or to a reraise.


I pick up pocket Eights. Blinds are 2000/4000/200A. I
make it 14000. Button pushes. Blinds fold. What's my
play? If I win hand I'll have more than enough chips to
pick up my seat. If I lose I'll be smallest stack.

You've described him as being pretty aggressive so he could have a wide range of hands, even on a re-raise. I'd say any ace, any pair, KQ-KT at least. Against that range you're a 6-4 favorite. I'd call.
