I'd raise, there's already enough in the pot that seats 2 and possibly 3 should come along for 2 bets. Hopefully 3 has you on a straight and will help you cap it, but I think he missed his flush.

I would have folded on 4th.

Fifth is interesting. You probably won't get any folds (beyond Seat 1) unless Seat 2 re-raises, and then you can't like your hand so much. OTOH, you can't just let that crowd draw cheaply.

On 6th, I think I would just call.

I'm a chicken, I'll just call 7th.

Fourth is a fold. The rest is fine. On the river, I would probably raise, but calling does have merit. The person with the open Nines has been calling along and now suddenly bets out. This smells a bit like a full house to me. You also may potentially gain over-calls from hands that might have folded for two bets. On the other hand, there is only one way to find out whether they'll call two bets cold....
