Table seems fishy and limps in with many hand. (mp seems to be an exception)

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Button (t3932)
SB (t212)
Hero (t830)
UTG (t1630)
MP (t1396)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls t100, MP calls t100, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (t400) 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif (4 players)
SB checks, Hero ???

Should I push a marginal hand like this or wait for better oppertunity to make it itm?

T400 pot will go along way toward making you healthy again. push now and take it down.

Top Pair is not marginal here. Push, easy. There are no implied odds, a hand like TP2k is insanely good here.

My thinking: Push, particularly if blinds are about to rise. You most likely have the best hand and you are going to be committed to any bet you make. If you fold, you are going to the shortstack on the bubble, and you will be pushing w/ hands much inferiror to TP2K.

You have to push this. Any other size bet simply takes too much out of your stack to not warrant an all-in. Let the flush and straight draws chase.
