sat down a few rounds ago, opponent has shown some calling station tendencies (T6s from small blind with middle pair), but recently i've seen him raise/3bet a lot preflop. been having trouble with these types of hands in general i think

raise - try and get a free card? slow him down? problem is he's not folding a queen, and lags don't tend to give much credit to flop raises and i'm afraid he'll 3bet me with junk/pocket pair.

call - just get to showdown? unless board is like AKQJ... but it seems kind of like spewing to me....

fold - find a better spot... 2 overcards suck? but he could be doing this with a pocket or some other suited hand...
