I was just trounced on TruePoker for about 2hrs and I have to make sure I've not forgotten how to play.
You have AA, UTG raises, UTG+1 raises, you raise, it's capped. 2 fold, 1 cold calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, I call. Am I right to think maybe someone is overplaying their hand just a tad?
Later, 3 bets to SB, calls w/ 93off 3 on flop calls 3 more bets on flop, 2 on turn catches 9 on river for 2pr. The person whose AA was beat asked why he called preflop. Because he was invested in the pot - he called 2.5bets with 93 off preflop, 3 more small bets and 2 big bets with pr of 3's 9 kicker.
He was truely walking with angles, he left up 100BB in about 2 hours. I think he folded 3 hands the whole time. I kept playing with a morbid fascination with what would happen next.
Near identical table at Absolute, PT says the table was full of fish and dice (47% was the low man other than me), one person 75%, ZERO PFR, AF <0.5 would not fold, up 50 BB in an hour and left when he lost 2 hands in a row.
I've never been on 4 tables with 1 person playing no fold'em hold'em cleaning up like that playing utter crap.
I had a 180BB downswing tonight and I had one of the least abusive nights. Crazy night.

I played with a guy on PP that had 75% VP$IP and 0 PFR, was up about $70, and I watched him lose it all in the next hour or so playing .50/1
I have a guy in PT database with about 80 hands and he is up over $100 with a VP$IP over 50. It's unreal, I wish I could be (have been) there when he loses (lost) it all...
Variance works at both ends...

I've been running in to the same type of thing for the last 5k hands. It's ridiculous to watch and painful to suffer through.

Yes, it's been about 1.5k so far. It's all fine and good knowing long term I'll come out ahead, but it is frustrating.

MGM the mclag brothers. raise any2cards and I mean any2 fold to 1 bet on the river. Mclag A was up over 600 when I left after 5 hours. I finshed up 200.

You know you are on a downswing when you are at a no fold'em all play table at Gamesgrid.

You can say that I was walking with angels, call me a fish or anything you want, but I know I played quite well yesterday, course I have the money now!

93o plays well against few opponents or heads up! I will fold it almost every time in multiway pots:
E.g.:

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
