Basically, I'm wondering what the max stack size is that would make this a push. 800? 1000? 600?

I think folding with 600 chips is a mistake.. any more then 750 I probably fold though

400-500 is too tight. 600 is a clear push as well....around 700-800 it gets closer.

I'd also push up until 700-800 depending a bit on the table.

I wouldn't raise to 300 unless I had more like 1800 chips - and then depending on the table and my image.

700 push more often than not
800 laying it down most times

I think raising to 300 with almost any stack size is a leak here no need to be aggressively trying to pick up 150 in blinds when you are healthy let others battle it out.
