Any read on villain? How often does he do this move?

Without a read, i fold.

Not much of a read yet....

But seems like an odd bet if he did have a J

you didn't say what buy in this is, but I call in a second. Ridiculous play for a jack and if he does have a jack, great play. I go broke. He probably has a draw.

This was a $10+1...

probably break my mouse calling so fast. Point over the spot that says "call" before it even pops up. I have done this so many times. Leaving the point right over that spot waiting for opponent to push hahaha sooo fun. Yeaaahhhh soooo...call it.

This is a very easy call at a 10+1 in my opinion.

At low levels particularly people do not tend to play that fast with trips. If he hit his J, he's going to move a little more slowly to try and get paid (this is a pretty strong argument for leading out with relatively low trips in my mind, this would be a poor board to try for that on though). Most likely is a hand like KQ, Q9 or a flush draw. Call and eat his chips.

Think about it, what hand with a J in it would he call a 200 chip raise with and then push on the flop? I can't think of one. Maybe he slowplayed a hand like AA/KK but thats pretty unlikely. I'd say he has a weaker queen or a flush/strait draw and wants to take the pot down myself, which makes this a pretty easy call.

Only hands that Id fear here are in fact the draws. you are most surely ahead. (AA-KK would likely push PF)

Easy call at 10+1. Wouldnt be surprised to see under pairs making this play at that level.

While Hero probably has the best hand, the blinds are 25/50 on pokerstars, everyone is still playing, and there is PLENTY of time.

I will fold, be angry that I probably folded the best hand, and wait for a better opportunity.

btw - is this a turbo? it is rare to see all 9 left on a regular $10+1 25/50...

If it is a turbo, i might call. However, I would load up the HH and analyze a hand or two that villian won before doing so though...

I think you overestimate the quality of the field. I don't think he's doing this with a J. He might do it with AA or KK, but he's going to do it with tons of hands that I'm beating, too.

I'd be rather taken aback if he flips anything but a 4flush or OESD. Maybe not 9 times out of 10, but prolly 2 times out of 3.

EZ fold? I wouldn't hesitate to call for a second.

I called and the Villian had A /images/graemlins/spade.gif T /images/graemlins/spade.gif for the gut shot straight and flush draw.

My hand held up.

If he has a jack I don't know if I'm getting away from AQ here no matter what. Even if he check raised all in the hero will already have a lot invested in the pot and it would just be too likely that a draw or a weaker Q is making a play. Outright pushing makes this a very, very easy call
