I didn't 3 bet the turn. he did. I raised it.

and as for the river call... I paid off a possible bluff. I thought the pot was bit enough.

I really doubt he's bet/3-betting here on a bluff. If he had a 7, you were pwned. If he went crazy with a jack, you're now pwned. If he was going wild with two diamonds, you're beat. I think there are too many ways.
