Whats standard play on an unimproved river in this case against an unknown capping the turn? Getting 16-1 I find it tough to fold but I don't know who I am beating that caps the turn. Also, anyone not three bet the turn vs an unknown? Overall I feel like I was too aggressive here but I'm not sure where I could have slowed down other than the turn.

I think the only thing you beat when he raises the turn is AT. However, KQ or a set is much more likely both probablity-wise and given his preflop/flop cold-call. I call the turn raise, and you have to see a showdown with top 2 pair, esp. at 6-max.
