Anyone got the Empire "Outdoor Jacket"

Is it any good? I really like the fleece and polos I've got thus far, but I'd like a trip report on the jacket if possible before spending $37 of points on it.

How and where are you guys getting these points? I just checked "My Account" and there is no indication of points that can be used to redeem merchandise??

It's under the "Options" menu, something like "VIP account".
